Hands On Wellness was born out of the crazy idea that I could actually find something that brings me joy, which for me has always been creating with my hands, helping and teaching people, and turn it into a livelihood where I could wake up excited to do my work everyday!  Thankfully, my youthful blind optimism ended up working out pretty well for me. Over twenty years later, I still have a passion for my craft! I am sincerely grateful to be able to do what I love, and get to be of service to others while doing it!
