"As a long jumper and triple jumper we take so much pounding (21 times our body weight being put into the ground) and in order to keep our bodies intact, great bodywork is a must. I have been seeing Josh for the past 6 years and he is one of the main reasons I have been able to continue competing at a high level year after year. My main concerns have been my lower back, hips, glutes and hamstrings, which I need to feel good and healthy on a daily basis, and for this reason I make sure I see Josh at least once a week! It has been a blessing to have Josh be a part of my team and I know with a healthy body there are no limits on what I can do on the track."
